Can I bring my pet to the event?
Pets are not allowed on the mountain for hotel guests or event attendees. We ask that you do not bring your pet to the event.
Will there be food at the event?
There will be multiple food vendors at the event. Outside food and beverage will not be permitted into the concert venue. However, items sold by the event food vendors will be allowed inside the venue area.

Ticket vendors include: Cactus Records, Tarantinos Pizza, The Gallatin Valley Mall, Rockin’ Rudy’s (for Missoula locals) and HERE.
How Much Do Tickets Cost?
Check availability HERE. Ticket prices go up the closer to the event we get, so get your ticket at a lower cost as soon as you can.
What Does A Ticket Get Me?
A GA (General Admission) ticket gets you into the concert venue of the event for both nights. This includes access to the full paid bar service (for those 21+), the two nights of concerts (see line-up for more details), and access to the best winter festival in Montana. The competition portion of The Rail Jam will be free to the public.
What does a VIP ticket cover?
In addition to the items included with a GA ticket, a VIP ticket gets you into exclusive fully-furnished and heated lounges with private entertainment, access to viewing platforms, complimentary beer, and small hors d’oeurves served by a selection of our sponsors.
Are there tickets available at the gate on the days of the event?
Tickets will be available on the day of the event at the gate. Single-day passes will only be available at this time. For weekend event tickets, please visit our ticket outlets or go online prior to the event.
Where can I park my vehicle for the duration of the event?
Parking will be available for all attendees in the Day Skier Lot. Parking is $5 per vehicle, so we greatly encourage carpooling.

Is there an after party and where can I find out more information about it?
After parties will be held after the concerts on both Friday and Saturday nights at Whiskey Jacks. Ticket availability is limited, so pick them up early. More information on the artists performing, tickets, and times can be found HERE.
How can I get a hotel room for the nights of the Chamberlin Rail Jam?
Big Sky will be renting hotel rooms and condominiums for the event. Please refer to our website HERE.
Where will the event be held?
The event will be held outside near the Huntley Lodge and the Day Skier Lot. The entire event will be outside, so bundle up. Boots, snow pants, jacket, gloves, and hat are suggested.

How can I get involved or volunteer my time? What do I receive for volunteering?
To volunteer for the 2013 Chamberlin Rail Jam, CONTACT US and choose Volunteers from the Recipient drop down bar. This will get you in contact with Jessica, who will be able to answer all your volunteer questions/concerns.
Will there be bar service at the event?
A full, pay-bar will be provided inside the concert venue for patrons 21 and over. VIPs will have access to complimentary beer in the VIP tents as well as access to the full bar in the general venue as well.
